Zer Group is a Gaziantep-based Turkish food manufacturer and exporter. The group's story began in 1991 with the founding of Selçuklar Dış Ticaret (international transport and foreign trade); food production started in 2002 with the Zer Yağ Sanayi (Zer Oil Industry) factory in Gaziantep. Today the group operates five production plants across Turkey — Gaziantep (edible oils, margarine, sauces, condiments, bouillon), Aydın (table olives, tomato paste, canned foods), Akhisar/Manisa, Batman and Bursa Karacabey — employs 2,000+ people and exports to 39 countries, ranking among Turkey's Top 100 exporters for a decade. Stated capacities: 240 t/day sunflower oil, 350 t/day margarine, 15 t/day olive oil, 7,500 t/day tomato processing (Bursa, Aydın, Manisa) and 12,000 t/year table olives.
