This is a newer angle for us; event and conference planning isn't a market we've built a long track record in yet, and we'd rather say that upfront. What fits an event sweet table
Barazek — sesame-and-pistachio Damascene cookies — and boxed ma'amoul filled with Turkish delight both hold up well on a dessert table for the length of an event without special handling, unlike fresh pastry. Cardamom-forward ground coffee rounds out an Arabic-coffee service alongside them, and all three are shelf-stable, meaning any surplus from an event isn't wasted stock.

What this program doesn't cover
We supply pantry, sweets and coffee components — not on-site catering, staffing, linens or full event production. Can you supply a full sweet table for a wedding or gala?
We supply the cased sweets and coffee — barazek, boxed ma'amoul and cardamom coffee by the case. Styling, display and the rest of the event's food program stay with your caterer or venue.
How far ahead should an event order be placed?
As early as practical — cased goods move through a longer supply chain than a local order, and our note on seasonal order lead times applies to any date-driven event, not only religious holidays.
Do you handle setup, staffing or rentals?
No — this is a pantry and sweets supply, not an event-production service.
Can Arabic coffee service be ordered alongside the sweets?
Yes — cardamom-scented ground coffee is part of the same catalogue and can be quoted in the same inquiry as the sweets.
