The three cardamom coffee grades, explained

Ground coffee with cardamom is Lio's standard blend, cardamom present but not dominant — the everyday pour. Extra cardamom steps the ratio up for buyers whose customers expect a stronger cardamom note, common in Gulf-style service. Cardamom-free is plain dark-roast ground coffee for customers who want the coffee without the spice — useful for a café running both a Levantine and a conventional coffee menu off the same supplier.

Syrups and floral waters: sourced on request, not stocked

Rose water, orange blossom water and fruit syrups are common requests alongside coffee, and we'd rather say plainly that they aren't in our current beverage catalogue than stretch three coffee SKUs to cover them. They're standard lines across our supplier network and can be quoted the same way as anything else — tell us the format you need in your inquiry and we'll price it honestly rather than substitute something else.
