Do you sell beard oil wholesale in Canada?

By the Levant Direct team · Published July 31, 2026

Not as a single finished "beard oil" product — that's honest, since our catalogue doesn't currently list one under that name. What Levant Direct does stock, wholesale and by the case, are the individual carrier oils most beard-oil blends are built from: Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil and Sweet Almond Oil, all single-origin natural oils from El Captain of Cairo.

For a retailer or a small-batch blender, that's often exactly what's needed — the base oils, sourced honestly and priced by quotation, rather than a pre-mixed proprietary blend with an unclear ingredient list.

It's a distinction worth being upfront about with a buyer searching specifically for "beard oil," since the search term and the product we actually carry aren't quite the same thing. We'd rather explain that clearly than imply a finished product exists when it doesn't.

The base oils behind most beard-oil blends

Beard oils on the market are typically a light carrier oil — jojoba and argan are two of the most common — sometimes cut with a heavier oil like sweet almond or castor, occasionally finished with a light fragrance. We carry each of those individually rather than pre-blended: argan for its light, fast-absorbing feel, jojoba because its structure is close to skin's own oils, sweet almond as a familiar, gentler everyday base, and Castor Oil where a heavier, thicker oil is wanted in a blend.

Buying the components separately suits a private-label operation building its own beard-oil line under a house name, as well as a barbershop or men's grooming retailer that wants to sell a simple single-ingredient oil rather than a packaged blend.

A barbershop that would rather not formulate anything at all can still offer a straightforward in-service option this way — a single-ingredient oil, applied and named honestly as what it is, without needing to develop or private-label a finished blend.

Blending your own line

If you're formulating a beard oil to sell under your own label, sourcing the base oils separately gives full control over the ratio and any added fragrance, and keeps the ingredient list transparent on your own packaging. We don't blend or private-label finished beard oils ourselves, but the base oils can be ordered in the volumes a small-batch formulator needs, with private label minimums and packaging questions handled as their own conversation once you know which oils and volumes you're working with.

Whatever the finished product, remember that cosmetics sold in Canada — a beard oil included — fall under Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations: a notification within ten days of first sale and a full INCI ingredient list on the label. That applies to your finished blend even though the individual carrier oils we supply aren't finished cosmetics themselves.

That regulatory step sits entirely with whoever sells the finished, labeled beard oil — us supplying the unlabeled base oil doesn't satisfy it on your behalf, so it's worth building that notification and labeling step into your own launch timeline rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Ordering the carrier oils

A combined inquiry naming argan, jojoba, sweet almond and castor together — with rough volumes for each — quotes more efficiently than four separate requests, and lets us flag which formats are in stock versus confirmed to order. How inquiry-based ordering works covers what happens after you send that list.

If your formulation needs a base oil beyond these four — for instance a lighter or heavier oil not currently in our range — it's worth asking directly. Our supplier houses carry dozens of single-origin oils beyond what's listed, and some can be sourced on request even where they're not part of the standard catalogue.

Related questions

Do you sell a pre-blended beard oil product?

No — our catalogue doesn't currently list a finished beard-oil blend. We stock the individual carrier oils, such as argan, jojoba and sweet almond, that most beard-oil blends are built from.

Can I have you blend a custom beard oil for my brand?

We supply the base oils rather than formulate finished cosmetic blends. If you're building your own line, sourcing the individual oils here and formulating separately is the current path.

Are these oils sold as bulk carrier oils or retail-ready bottles?

They're sold wholesale by the case as single-origin natural oils; exact bottle size and case count for a given oil are confirmed on your quotation.

Do I need to notify Health Canada if I sell a finished beard oil under my own label?

Yes — a finished cosmetic sold under your label needs its own Cosmetic Regulations notification and INCI ingredient label. Supplying the unlabeled base oil doesn't cover that requirement for you.
