How does wholesale delivery work across the GTA?

By the Levant Direct team · Published July 31, 2026

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, and the specifics — delivery day, route, and whether pickup is an option instead — are confirmed once we see your order and delivery location, as part of your quotation. There's no separate delivery form to fill out: give us your address alongside your order in the same inquiry, and delivery terms come back with the pricing, worked out for your specific order rather than pulled from a generic schedule.

Coverage spans the GTA broadly — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke and the surrounding municipalities. If you're outside that core area, ask in your inquiry; it's worth confirming directly rather than assuming either way.

Where 'across the GTA' actually reaches

It reaches the municipalities that make up the Greater Toronto Area — the city of Toronto itself along with Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke, and the wider ring around them. Buyers further out, or right at the edge of that area, should simply ask; distance can affect the delivery details but doesn't rule a location out on its own.

Delivery timing is a separate question from sourcing lead time on any item that needs to be brought in specially rather than shipped from what's already on hand — it's worth asking about both together in the same inquiry if your order includes a mix of the two. A single delivery run can carry a genuinely mixed order: a restaurant's spice and oil reorder, a grocer's soap and sweets shelf refresh, or a café's coffee and tahini top-up can all move on the same route without being split into separate deliveries.

How delivery is arranged

Delivery isn't a separate step from ordering — it's built into the same inquiry process. Add your products and quantities to the basket, include your business name, contact and delivery address, and send it once. The written quotation that comes back covers pricing and delivery together, so you see both before confirming anything.

  • Delivery day and frequency are set once your order and location are known, not fixed in advance
  • Standing or repeat orders can settle into a regular rhythm over time — raise it in your inquiry if that's what you're planning
  • Larger or mixed orders may be handled differently from a single small case — again, this is confirmed on your quotation, not assumed upfront
  • Anything unusual about your location — a shared loading dock, restricted delivery hours, a building without street access — is worth mentioning up front so it's accounted for before the quote is finalized

Delivery vs pickup

If pickup would suit you better than delivery, say so in your inquiry and we'll confirm what's possible once we know the order. Neither option is assumed by default; it's part of the same conversation as pricing and quantities, decided alongside the rest of your quotation rather than beforehand. Some buyers prefer pickup for a small, occasional order and delivery once volume grows into something regular — either way, it's simply a matter of telling us what works for your operation.

Why delivery terms are confirmed rather than fixed

A single published delivery schedule would have to be built around the least convenient case — the smallest order, the furthest address, the most awkward access point — which serves nobody well. Confirming delivery details alongside your specific order and location, the same way wholesale pricing is confirmed rather than listed, means the terms actually fit what you're ordering and where it's going, instead of a one-size-fits-all promise that doesn't hold up across the GTA's range of buyers and neighbourhoods. It also means a first-time buyer and a long-standing weekly account get delivery terms suited to what they're each actually doing, rather than being squeezed into the same fixed rule.
