Products already held by our supplier houses typically move faster than items sourced specially on request, which travel through import channels and naturally take longer. We don't publish a single blanket lead time because it genuinely varies by product, order size and season — your specific timeline is confirmed on the written quotation you receive after sending your inquiry.
The clearest way to plan is to separate the two categories in your head: in-stock goods versus goods we'd need to bring in specially. Timing also shifts around peak periods — Ramadan, Eid, and the Christmas and Easter maamoul season all see heavier order volumes, so it pays to ask early rather than at the last minute.
In-stock catalogue items move on the faster track
Most of what's listed across our products catalogue — spices, oils, soap, sweets — is already held by one of our eight supplier houses across Palestine, Syria, Jordan, Türkiye and Egypt, and is ready to quote and ship without a special sourcing step. For these lines, your written quotation will include a delivery estimate specific to your order, so you know exactly what to plan around before you confirm anything.
Because timing depends on the product, the quantity and where it's headed within the GTA, we don't attach a fixed number of days to every SKU on the site. These lines are sourced on request through our supplier houses abroad, and moving goods internationally simply takes more coordination than shipping from stock already on hand here.
