Every product on this program is regulated in Canada as a cosmetic, not a drug, under the Cosmetic Regulations (Health Canada). Your label and marketing can honestly say traditionally used, gentle, or suited to daily washing — it cannot say a bar treats, cures or clears any skin condition. We hold to that register on our own listings and expect any private-label brand built from this catalogue to do the same.
